Almond Joy Pudding

since the beginning of this year i started my journey, yet again, to eat healthier. i'm know to have quite the sweet tooth so i like to find healthier alternatives to my favorite sweet treats. i made chocolate chia seed pudding for the first time two days ago and today i decided to add some almonds and shredded coconut.

here's what i used

  • chia seeds
  • almond milk
  • cacoa powder
  • almonds
  • unsweetened coconut shreds
  • honey

i used about 2tbs of chia seeds, splashed some almond milk in there until my chia seeds were swimming, let them sit in the fridge for 2-3 hours, added more than the necessary amount of cacao powder to overdue it on the chocolate taste, tossed in some almonds, sprinkled the unsweetened coconut shreds on top, drizzled some honey in there for added sweetness, badabing badaboom... almond joy inspired chia seed pudding.
